OUR STORY.. 

A tragedy can either pull you down or become an inspiration.

Which is exactly what we did..

As a mama of 4 I have experienced the lowest of lows & was thankfully able to pull myself out of it & gain a sense of vision back into my life after living countless years in the darkness. 

This was the fuel to my fire & where it all began - I wanted to share my words & passion with the world in hopes it will encourage those who need it, to keep going.

It only takes one sign or message to turn someones day around or remind them to keep going. 

You can never have enough encouragement, inspiration & support in the world! 

OUR NAME - Is in loving memory & inspired by our sis who was full of life & had an incredible spirit to her. Her words "oiiiiii" especially - became the inspiration for our name - oi. YOU GOT THIS!

OUR MISSION - To get as many reminders/signs & inspiration out in the world. Get those messages in front of people who may be looking for that one sign to keep going & know they aren't alone.

We also know that support & help looks different for everyone, so we've gathered all the loving alternative ways of support that is available for anyone struggling with their mental health through a bit of a holistic approach.

Here at OYGT we're all about community & helping one another out no matter where you are at in this journey of life.
