Shipping policy

Shipping times may be affected due to the high demand of postage services in Australia & around the world, some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
We hope it won't affect your shipping too much!

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Under normal circumstances Aus Post aim for:

Standard: 2-4 business days after dispatch - $12

Express: 1-3 business days after dispatch - $16

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Standard: 8-14 business days after dispatch - $20

Express: 6-11 business days after dispatch - $30

 

We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the same day if placed before 12pm midday (AEST). Orders made after 12pm will be shipped the next working day. 

 

International customers will be responsible for any charges needed for customs or import

All tracking numbers will be emailed out once your package is on the way, if you do not receive your order within the Aus Post estimated times please feel free to email us & we will get it sorted for you ASAP!
